Cup Keeper station with three realistic cup dispensers and plain kraft paper cups

Accessories for better self-service

Built for the moments that keep business moving.

Cup Keeper creates practical, durable components for coffee corners and self-service areas—made to keep busy spaces cleaner, faster and easier to use.

Why Cup Keeper

The small details decide whether a space truly works.

A self-service area may look simple. In daily use, every awkward movement, exposed stack of cups and poorly placed waste opening creates friction. We remove that friction with components that integrate cleanly into furniture and feel natural from the first use.

Our story

From Ukraine to Europe—built around real use.

Cup Keeper began in Ukraine, where we developed self-service accessories alongside coffee businesses and furniture makers. That close contact with the people who build and operate these spaces still guides every product decision.

Today, Cup Keeper EU is based in Dresden, Germany. We keep products in stock, support projects across Europe and expand the range with solutions we design, manufacture or carefully select from specialist partners.

Young enough to question the standard. Experienced enough to know what must work every day.

Who we build for

Professional spaces with no room for unnecessary friction.

From one coffee point to multi-site rollouts, our components are made for teams that need clean integration, predictable installation and reliable everyday use.

Coffee and food service

Cafés, bakeries, service stations and canteens that need faster, cleaner self-service.

Offices and hospitality

Workplaces, hotels and shared spaces where organisation and appearance matter every day.

Furniture and fit-out teams

Joiners, shopfitters and interior contractors who need clear dimensions and components that integrate properly.

How we work

Practical first. Always.

We are not interested in adding complexity for its own sake. Every product has to earn its place in a real self-service environment.

  1. 01

    Start with the workflow

We look at how customers, staff and cleaners actually move through a space before deciding what the product should do.

  2. 02

    Make installation clear

Precise dimensions, understandable mounting logic and responsive support help furniture teams plan with confidence.

  3. 03

    Choose materials for daily use

Durability, cleanability and a professional finish matter more than decorative features that do not improve the job.

  4. 04

Support the project, not just the order

We answer compatibility questions, prepare B2B quotations and help customers choose the right configuration and quantity.
