Payment

For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers throughout the EU, and we also accept SEPA invoice payments.  We accept payments in Euros, and you can also pay directly on the website in the currency of the country where you are located. If we agree on a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. 

Return policy

We accept returns and exchanges. If the order is in proper condition, but you still want to return it, the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to return a product due to damage, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.

Contact us after you receive your order. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

We do not accept cancellations of product orders. Returns and exchanges of individual orders are discussed individually.
